ELECTRONIC MEETING NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Lexington Planning Board will hold an Electronic meeting to consider a Text Amendment to the City’s Unified Development Ordinance to amend Chapter 4, Design Guidelines for Commerical Buildings, on June 15, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.  Due to continual adherence to taking preventive measures resulting from COVID-19, this meeting will be conducted as an electronic meeting.

Persons who are unable to sign up prior to 4:00 p.m. may submit written comments by emailing JTMONK@LexingtonNC.gov and those comments will be read into the record prior to expiration of the “Public Meeting.”

The Planning Board/Board of Adjustment holds regularly scheduled meetings on the third Monday of the month at City Hall at 6:00 p.m. Visit the Business and Community Development calendar to find the next scheduled meeting.
