Application Instructions

Click and download the appropriate permit for the development type that is being requested (driveway, floodplain development, land disturbance, etc.).

Fill out the permit application in its entirety and sign. 

Upload the completed permit application and any other required supplemental  documents (e.g. site plan) to the CityView Portal.

For information about each permit and what triggers them, refer to Section 5.9 of the Lexington Infrastructure Development Standards (LIDS) Manual or Section 2 of the City's Unified Development Ordinance.
