NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC MEETING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the City of Lexington is operating under a State of Emergency declaration. To remain consistent with limiting physical interactions and the potential spread of COVID-19, the regularly scheduled Tuesday, October 20, 2020 Human Relations meeting will be held electronically. The meeting begins at 5:45 p.m.

Anyone who wishes to speak during Petitions from Citizens should sign up in advance by 4:00 p.m. on October 20, 2020 by contacting Felicia King at FRKING@LexingtonNC.gov or 336-248-3955. Please provide the following information:

- Address
- Comment
- Telephone Number
Persons who are unable to sign up prior to 4:00 p.m. may submit written comments by emailing FRKING@LexingtonNC.gov . Those comments will be read into the record, if received prior to the expiration of the public comment period.

The Human Relations Commission meets at 5:45 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month, except the months of July and December. All meetings are open to the public.
