SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Lexington City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. in the Vernon G. Price, Jr. Council Chambers at City Hall located at 28 West Center Street, Lexington, North Carolina.

The purpose of this meeting is for Council to consider a non-contiguous annexation. Council will receive a report from staff, hold a public hearing, and consider an Ordinance to voluntarily annex approximately 763 acres located in the Churchland community off/near I-85. Areas described as: Tax Parcel #0402800000004; Tax Parcel #0402800000004F; Tax Parcel #0403100000002; Tax Parcel #0403200000016; Tax Parcel #0403100000008; Tax Parcel #0403100000022; Tax Parcel #0403100000006; and Tax Parcel #0402800000004N.
