SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Lexington City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 in the Vernon G. Price, Jr. Council Chambers at City Hall located at 28 West Center Street, Lexington, North Carolina.

The purpose of this meeting is for the Lexington City Council to approve the first amendment to the restated agreement between Davidson County, North Carolina and City of Lexington, North Carolina for wastewater collection and treatment services dated April 24, 2018.
