SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Lexington Planning Board/Board of Adjustment will hold a Special Meeting on February 29, 2024, at 2:00: p.m. in the Cue Conference Room at City Hall, 28 West Center Street, Lexington, North Carolina to:

1. Lexington Board of Adjustment.

    

   1. Approval of Minutes.

       

      Minutes of the quasi-judicial public hearing concerning Team 21, LLC’s Application for a Special Use Permit, which was held at a Special Called Meeting before the Lexington Board of Adjustment on November 9, 2023.

       

   2. Approve written decision of Lexington Board of Adjustment.

       

      Approve the written decision of the Lexington Board of Adjustment denying the Special Use Permit Application of Team 21, LLC, as heard by the Board of Adjustment at the quasi-judicial public hearing on November 9, 2023.

       

2. Lexington Planning Board.

Review and make recommendation on the Request for Proposals for City-owned block of property in the Depot District.
