The Planning Board & Board of Adjustment meets at City Hall on the third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. except in June. 

Anyone who needs an accommodation to participate in the meeting should notify City Administration at (336) 248-3910 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting or call North Carolina Relay at 1-800-735-8262. 

The agenda and minutes for the meeting are posted online here.  If you are a new visitor, there is an option to “Register” to the left of the search bar, which allows citizens to receive an email when an update to online agenda information is posted to the website.
