Severe storms, high winds, overgrown tree limbs and traffic accidents all have the potential to cause power outages. The Electric Department at Lexington Utilities is dedicated to providing dependable and reliable service to utility customers.

If you experience a power outage, please call 336.243.2489 or 336.248.2337. If you are asked to leave a message, please do so and know that it is not necessary to call again. Your message will be logged into the automated Outage Management system and handled.

If a power line is down, please call 911.
