Located at 2979 Greensboro Street Extension, the water treatment plant operates with certified professionals to ensure the City of Lexington has great tasting water. The City has proven to be quick in response to actions that could pose a threat to the city’s water.  Permitted at 9.3 million gallons per day of capacity, a 24/7 operation guards the public health to ensure safe water supplies.
